We were going to another restaurant when we spotted the Mandarin Terrace tucked off the side of Sunland Blvd. So we gave it a try. Absolute best value food for the dollar. The owner came out and introduced us to his menu and recommended a few selections. Not a place you'd bring a first date, but after you got to know her, this is the place to go for home cooked Chinese/Mandarin food.
